Access Appointment Tool:
- Log into MyUB and click the Appointment Tool lightbulb icon in the Tools section.
- The first time you enter the system, you will need to register to create an account. Enter your phone number, cell phone is preferred, so that we can reach you in case of a cancelation or change in appointment change.
- Follow instructions for choosing a service, such as tutoring or study room reservation.
- If scheduling a tutor, choose a FOCUS for the tutoring appointment.
All appointments are made using this online system. Some appointment are available either in-person and online.
Why can't I log on to the system?
If your account has been "disabled" it's possible there's an issue with your account that we need to discuss with you. Give us a call or stop by if your account was disabled due to a missed appointment. For an incorrect password locking you out of your account, wait then try again in 15 minutes.
