Plum Analytics

Plum Analytics is an EBSCO feature that tracks metrics in the following areas: 

  • Usage (downloads, clicks, views, etc.) 
  • Captures (bookmarks, favorites, readers, etc.)  
  • Mentions (Internet links, reviewers, blog posts, etc.) 
  • Social Media (Shares, tweets, etc.) 
  • Citations

Plum Analytics is embedded in EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS, the main library search engine) and is denoted by the Plum Print, as seen below. Currently, this feature is only available in EDS.
